Open Access, Archiving, and Article Processing Charges

Open Access Policy

All research articles published in ISTP journals are freely and permanently accessible to readers worldwide. Published articles may be read, downloaded, and shared without subscription or access fees.

Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license.

License Terms

  • Attribution: Users must provide appropriate credit to the original author(s) and source.
  • NonCommercial: The material may not be used for commercial purposes.
  • NoDerivatives: Modified or adapted versions may not be distributed.
  • No Additional Restrictions: No legal or technical restrictions may be applied beyond those permitted by the license.

Through this open access model, ISTP supports the widest possible dissemination of scholarly knowledge and promotes the free exchange of scientific information among researchers, educators, students, policymakers, and the public.

Digital Archiving Policy

ISTP journals are committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and availability of all published content.

Electronic copies of published articles are archived through recognized preservation systems including the Keepers Registry via the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) and the Internet Archive.

These archiving arrangements help ensure the long-term protection of the scholarly record and continued access to published research for future generations.

Article Processing Charges (APCs)

Information regarding Article Processing Charges (APCs) is available on the homepage of each individual journal.
