Inspire Science and Tech Publisher (ISTP)

Inspire Science and Tech Publisher (ISTP) is committed to promoting high-quality scholarly communication through transparent, ethical, and rigorous publication practices. ISTP publishes peer-reviewed academic content across scientific, technological, agricultural, environmental, biological, and multidisciplinary fields. The publisher aims to support researchers, academicians, professionals, and institutions by providing an accessible platform for the dissemination of reliable and original research.

1. Editorial Independence

ISTP respects the editorial independence of all journals published under its platform. Editorial decisions are made by the journal editors based on the academic quality, originality, relevance, scientific validity, and ethical integrity of the submitted manuscript. The publisher does not interfere with editorial decisions, peer-review outcomes, or the acceptance and rejection of manuscripts.

2. Peer Review Policy

All research articles, review articles, short communications, case studies, and other scholarly submissions are subject to editorial screening and peer review before publication. The peer-review process is intended to ensure the scientific accuracy, originality, clarity, and relevance of submitted work. Manuscripts may be reviewed by subject experts, editorial board members, or external reviewers. Final publication decisions are made by the Editor-in-Chief or designated editorial authority.

3. Originality and Plagiarism

ISTP only considers manuscripts that are original and have not been published elsewhere. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their work is free from plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, falsification, inappropriate image manipulation, and unauthorized use of copyrighted material. Manuscripts may be checked using plagiarism-detection tools. Submissions found to contain unethical overlap or plagiarism may be rejected or retracted according to editorial policy.

4. Authorship Policy

Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made substantial contributions to the conception, design, execution, analysis, interpretation, or writing of the manuscript. All listed authors must approve the final version of the manuscript and agree to its submission for publication. Any changes in authorship after submission must be justified and approved by all authors and the editorial office.

5. Conflict of Interest

Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any financial, personal, institutional, or professional conflicts of interest that may influence the research, review process, or editorial decision. Disclosure of conflicts does not necessarily prevent publication, but transparency is required to maintain trust in the scholarly record.

6. Research Ethics

Manuscripts involving human participants, animals, clinical materials, biological samples, or sensitive data must comply with applicable ethical standards and institutional regulations. Authors should provide evidence of ethical approval where required and confirm that informed consent was obtained when applicable. Research involving animals must follow recognized animal welfare guidelines.

7. Data Accuracy and Integrity

Authors are responsible for the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of the data presented in their manuscripts. Data should be reported clearly and honestly. Editors may request raw data, supporting files, ethical approval documents, or additional information during the review or post-publication process. Any intentional manipulation, fabrication, or misrepresentation of data is considered a serious breach of publication ethics.

8. Open Access Policy

ISTP supports open-access publishing to increase the visibility, accessibility, and impact of scholarly research. Published articles are made available online to readers, researchers, institutions, and the public. Authors and readers are encouraged to use published content responsibly with proper citation and acknowledgment of the original source.

9. Copyright and Licensing

Copyright and licensing terms are clearly stated by each journal under ISTP. Authors retain responsibility for ensuring that all submitted content, including figures, tables, images, and reproduced materials, has appropriate permissions. Published content must not infringe third-party rights. Readers may use, share, and cite published materials according to the applicable journal license.

10. Corrections, Retractions, and Withdrawal

ISTP is committed to maintaining the accuracy of the scholarly record. Corrections may be issued when honest errors are identified after publication. Retractions may be issued in cases of plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, ethical violations, or serious scientific errors. Manuscript withdrawal after submission or acceptance must be requested with a valid reason and may require editorial approval.

11. Responsibilities of Authors

Authors must submit accurate, original, and ethically conducted research. They are responsible for proper citation, acknowledgment of funding sources, disclosure of conflicts of interest, and compliance with journal guidelines. Authors must respond to editorial and reviewer comments professionally and within the requested timeline.

12. Responsibilities of Reviewers

Reviewers are expected to provide objective, constructive, confidential, and timely evaluations of manuscripts. Reviewers should decline review invitations if they have conflicts of interest or lack the required expertise. Information obtained during peer review must not be used for personal or professional advantage.

13. Responsibilities of Editors

Editors are responsible for ensuring fair, unbiased, and timely handling of manuscripts. Editorial decisions should be based on academic merit, relevance to the journal scope, originality, and scientific quality. Editors must maintain confidentiality and avoid conflicts of interest in the editorial process.

14. Publication Charges

Any applicable article processing charges, publication fees, or waiver policies are clearly displayed by the relevant journal. Payment of publication charges does not influence editorial decisions or peer-review outcomes. Manuscripts are accepted only on the basis of academic quality and editorial evaluation.

15. Post-Publication Discussions

ISTP welcomes responsible scholarly discussion after publication. Readers, researchers, and authors may contact the editorial office regarding possible errors, concerns, or clarifications. All post-publication concerns will be reviewed carefully and handled according to editorial and ethical standards.

16. Publisher’s Commitment

ISTP is committed to supporting transparent, ethical, inclusive, and accessible scholarly publishing. The publisher continuously works to improve editorial quality, journal visibility, digital accessibility, indexing standards, and the overall publication experience for authors, reviewers, editors, and readers.

For questions related to publication policy, ethics, manuscript handling, or editorial procedures, authors and readers may contact the editorial office of the relevant journal or the publisher directly.
