Copyright Notice

Authors retain the copyright to their published articles and grant ISTP journals a non-exclusive license to publish the work, identify itself as the original publisher, and distribute the article in all formats and media.

All articles published in ISTP journals are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).

This license allows others to read, download, copy, and share the published work for non-commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the author(s) and the publisher, a link to the license is included, and the work is not modified.

In any permitted reuse, the publisher and the original source must be properly acknowledged, and a link to the article’s DOI should be provided where available.

For permissions beyond the scope of this license, including requests for commercial use, please contact the publisher through the official journal or publisher contact email.

Licensing

All published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).

The terms of this license are as follows:

  • Attribution — Appropriate credit must be given to the original author(s) and source, a link to the license must be provided, and any changes made must be indicated.
  • NonCommercial — The material may not be used for commercial purposes.
  • NoDerivatives — If the material is remixed, transformed, or adapted, the modified version may not be distributed.
  • No Additional Restrictions — No legal or technological restrictions may be applied that would prevent others from exercising the rights granted by the license.

Self-Archiving Policy

ISTP journals permit authors to deposit and share all versions of their manuscripts, including the submitted version, accepted manuscript, and published version, without embargo, in the following locations:

  • institutional repositories
  • non-commercial subject repositories, such as PubMed Central, Europe PMC, and arXiv
  • authors’ personal websites
  • departmental or institutional webpages
  • academic social networking platforms, such as ResearchGate and Academia.edu

When self-archiving, authors should provide the full bibliographic details of the original publication and include links to the article’s DOI and the applicable Creative Commons license.
