Plant Science Horizons follows a regular and structured publication schedule to ensure the timely dissemination of high-quality scientific research.

The journal publishes one volume per calendar year with two issues annually (semiannual publication).

First issue of each annual volume.

Early Access / Online First Publication

To facilitate rapid dissemination of accepted research, Plant Science Horizons operates an Early Access (Online First) publication system.

Articles are published online immediately after final acceptance and production
Each article receives its final DOI upon online publication
Articles become fully citable before assignment to a specific issue

Once the issue is formally released, Early Access articles are incorporated into the appropriate issue of the current volume.

Continuous Publication Workflow

The journal adopts a continuous publication workflow within each issue cycle.
